Favorite Tarts
Butter Tarts
    2 eggs                            2 cups light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp vinegar              1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup melted butter

- Soak in water till soft: 1 cup currants, 1 cup yellow
   raisins, finely chopped walnuts.
- Beat the eggs. Beat in the sugar. Add vanilla and vinegar.
- Stir in the fruit mixture.
- Fill tarts and bake at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes.
